Alnwick Community Development Trust

The trust was founded in 2000 to identify and develop projects to meet the various needs of the local community in Alnwick.It is a registered charity and a company Limited by Guaratee. The trust is a member of the development Trusts Association and Federation of Northumberland Development Trusts.

• Friday, August 20, 2010 - Hotspur Statue Unveiling: The new statue of Alnwick's famous hero, Harry Hotspur, will be unveiled by His Grace, the Duke of Northumberland. A memorable event.

• Saturday, September 18, 2010 - Food Festival: The return of Alnwick's popular Food Festival. Come and enjoy demonstrations, tastings, competitions and local produce.

• Friday, November 19, 2010 - Alnwick's Christmas Lights Switch On: Enjoy the switch-on of Alnwick's famous and glorious Christmas Lights. Entertainments and probably a visit from Santa, if he can spare the time ...!
