Bamburgh Fairs and Christmas Lights

Bamburgh Christmas Lights will be switched on this year on 28th November at 1830 hours.

There will be a short church service at half past five, followed by festive singing around the tree. This will be followed by the celebrity switch-on of the tree.

The lights this year are the culmination of many years planning and complete illumination of the Grove and the beautiful tree donated generously by the Castle Estates is the high point of a year's effort.

Particular thanks are due to Allan Newton, Alex Nixon and Martin Spruce. The lights committee thanks all the other myriad folks who have worked so hard to make this all possible.
