Druridge Bay Country Park

CHILDREN’S WATERSPORTS ACTIVITIES 2010

Watersports Activity Camps, working in partnership with Coquet Shorebase Trust

Northumberland County Council have been working in partnership with Coquet Shorebase Trust through Druridge Bay Country Parks for several year. They have provided an extensive range of watersport based activities utilising Ladyburn Lake within the country park, which provides a safe and quiet setting for training of your chosen sport.

Below is a comprehensive list of Courses which you may be interested in, please take a look.

Coquet Shorebase are based in the local town of Amble, situated just 4 miles north of Druridge Bay County Park.

3 & 4 August Kayak Beginners or Sailing Beginners

5 & 6 August Kayak Beginners or Windsurf Beginners

10 & 11 August Kayak Improvers or Sailing Improvers

12 & 13 August Kayak Improvers or Windsurf Improvers

17 & 18 August Sailing Beginners or Kayak Beginners

19 & 20 August Sailing Beginners or Windsurf Beginners

24 & 25 August Sailing Improvers or Kayak Improvers

26 & 27 August Sailing Improvers or Windsurf Improvers

All children taking part in these activities must be water confident and aged between 8 and 16.

All courses 2 Days 10.00 am – 3.30pm £65.00
